Dear students,
we as FSR create protocols of our weekly sessions. The student regulations provide these openly to every member of the university.
Until now, we’ve been hosting our session protocols in our own cloud, accessible by the link in the website’s footer (right at the bottom). This caused our protocols to be accessible not only university internally, but completely public.
To make our setup more compliant with data protection regulations, we now host our session protocols in a designated OPAL course. The link in the website’s footer has been adjusted and now redirects to the new site.
What changes: You can find our session protocols on OPAL now; if you want to access them more often, you can even save them to your Favorites. Notice that you might have to login first before you can access the protocol folder. Also, people without university login cannot access the protocols anymore. This should not be a big problem since the protocols should be of interest only for university members anyway.
What stays the same: You can (if you have a university login) look at the protocol archive just as you could before, up until the beginning of records (legislature 2013/14).
Thanks for your understanding!
Your FSR1
